Modern, beach life.  Clean, fresh interiors.  We kept the tile simple and added unique tile pieces to add interest without making space "busy".  Our railing is minimal and lighting was chosen to accent.  Using the strong blue on the exterior façade added the same modernity that we created for the homes interior.
