This home was designed for gathering and entertaining. Family and friends move seamlessly from the outside into the living space. It is a joyful and relaxing spot! The Guest House is joined with the original home by a gate, it is a perfect spot for guests, family and community parties. The finishes were selected for life at the beach, near a pool and lots of activities. We used one flooring throughout to unify the Outdoor/Indoor areas. The large pocketing door systems enlarge the space and triples the entertaining space. We worked on the original home 12 years ago, so it was wonderful to come back and work on this project with the new owners and their lovely family.
